What to expect

There will be times when we are extremely busy, but it comes with the territory. Our busiest times are from January to mid-April, and mid/late August to mid-October.  The number of days in the office varies by level of experience and ranges from 2-4 days. Outside of busy season, we work on a hybrid basis. This allows everyone to rotate their work days between working in the office and working from home at their firm-provided office setup.

The work is fast-paced and requires a high degree of urgency in completing tasks and assignments, but it’s also both challenging and rewarding. It provides exposure to different clients and services. We provide opportunities for our staff to work with concepts and ideas, as well as technical tasks such as investigation, analysis, and problem-solving to help them further develop their skills and leverage their talents.
